Hans Fuchs discovered his passion for skiing at an early age. “Hansi” spent almost every spare minute with his siblings on the tow lift behind the house.

As a student, he took part in the first races and quickly celebrated successes.

After school, he began a three-year apprenticeship as a retail clerk, which he successfully completed. After that, he was still active as a racer for some time.

After his apprenticeship, he moved to Scheffau, where he worked for several years as an employee in a sports shop. He turned his passion into a profession.

In 1984, the time had come. Hans opened his own sports shop at the gondola station in Scheffau.

In 1988, Steffi Graf visited us in the shop.
